"It's the mind itself that changes the body".

Is Pilates for me?
Whether you are suffering muscular aches and pains, poor posture, or just want to strengthen your core to achieve your fitness goals, Pilates can help. By building Pilates into your weekly schedule and practising it regularly you can reduce your risk of injury or posture-related pain, as well as improve your body awareness and understanding of how your body moves.
And age or fitness level is not a barrier! Pilates offers a unique workout, enabling exercises to be modified in accordance with your fitness level. As you improve, exercise intensity can be increased over time to match your needs and progression.

“Your classes were so well delivered…. it felt like it was just me and you in the room and I didn't feel self conscious at all.”

Classes to suit you.
Beginners.
Introducing the Pilates mat system in a clear and progressive way, these sessions support those new to Pilates or returning after a break. Emphasis is placed on understanding how the exercises connect and build, with careful guidance to develop confidence, control and steady progression from the outset.
Conditioning.
Complementing the mat system through the considered use of small equipment, these sessions enhance coordination, strength and movement awareness. Tools such as the ball, band or light weights are used to deepen understanding and support balanced progression rather than to increase intensity.
Classic.
Following the structure of the original mat system, these sessions allow time to refine set-up and technique. Attention to detail and unhurried pacing create space for precision, while ongoing adjustments support appropriate challenge and continued development within a group setting.
Rehabilitation.
Applying the Pilates system within a personalised setting, these sessions begin with an extended consultation to understand individual movement history and goals. Tailored progression supports focused development and is particularly valuable when navigating injury, physical change or specific objectives.
Dynamic.
Extending the mat system through greater continuity and flow, these sessions suit those with an established practice. Clarity and control remain central while exploring a broader range of exercises, with guidance throughout to ensure progression supports individual capability and long-term development.
Corporate.
Bringing the Pilates system into the workplace in an accessible format, these sessions are structured to support a range of abilities. Delivered online or in person, they provide a practical way to encourage movement, resilience and sustained wellbeing within the working day.
